Pistachio Premium
House specialty — Sicilian pistachio, small-batch churned every Friday.
Every batch hand-crafted by the owner, right behind the counter. Florida cream, local fruit, and flavors you've never seen in the freezer aisle. New drops every Friday.

The best part of making ice cream is creating new flavors. A flavor only makes the board if we think it'll put a smile on your face.

House specialty — Sicilian pistachio, small-batch churned every Friday.

Also known as Cookie Monster — kids lose their minds over this one.

All the comfort of a cocoa, minus the burn of a hot-chocolate day in Orlando.

Florida Keys limes. Graham-cracker crumble. Summer in a cup.

Biscoff spread folded into cream until it tastes like the cookie jar.
Got a flavor you've been dreaming about? DM us on Instagram or drop Glen a note — if your idea makes the board, the first pint is on the house.

“If the thought of ice cream makes you smile, you're our type of people.”
Smile Ice Cream Company is a one-counter dessert café on Edgewater Drive, next door to Subway. There's no commissary in another city, no corporate flavor calendar — just a small-batch machine, a notebook of ideas, and Glen trying them out on his neighbors.
Handcrafted in small batches with quality local ingredients and no preservatives. If a flavor works, it goes on the board. If it doesn't, we eat it ourselves and try again Friday. Pints for the freezer, parties on the patio, weddings on the rooftop — all of it, under one SMILE.

“The neighbors are the reason the board keeps changing.”
College Park walks in for a cone after dinner, a lime sorbet after a round at Dubsdread, or a half-pint to take home for Tuesday TV. The flavors you see are the ones they asked for (or the ones that made them smile).
№ iWe roll the cart up with three flavors of your choosing, plus cones, cups, and the good sprinkles. From ten kids to a hundred grown-ups.
№ iiLate-night cone service, a custom flavor named after you, or a sundae bar at the bar. We've done hotel rooftops and backyard tents.
№ iiiYou'll catch the cart at Audubon, Teamwork Tuesday at the park, and neighborhood coffee shop collabs. Have an idea? Tell Glen — he'll say yes.
